Hundreds gathered at the war memorial on Lincoln High Street to remember those who lost their lives at war.

The Armistice Day service took place at around 11am on November 11, where poems and lines from the bible were read, followed by a minute’s silence.

Hundreds of Lincoln residents and veterans attending the service, including Mayor Yvonne Bodger and MP Karl McCartney.
