Union Members at manufacturing firm Bifrangi in Lincoln will take a ballot on industrial action over current pay levels.

The decision was made during a protest outside the facility on Spa Road on Tuesday, November 29.

Around 30 members of GMB Union gathered in between shifts to publicly vote on whether processes should be started for industrial action against the Italian-owned company.

The company has recently invested £50 million in new state-of-the-art equipment and research and development centre on its Lincoln site.
