A man was rescued by emergency services after becoming trapped on railway lines in Grimsby.

Officers were called to reports of concern at around 10.10pm on Thursday, November 17, for the safety of a man who became confused after suffering a medical episode in the Pasture Street area.

The 31-year-old is believed to have become separated from his family and accidentally walked onto railway lines.

He was located in the Pasture Street area and taken to Grimsby’s Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital for treatment.
