Flamboyant stand-up comedian Russell Brand to perform new material in Lincolnshire this year

Controversial and outspoken comedian Russell Brand will be performing in Lincolnshire three times later this year as part of his new live tour.

Russell will be showcasing his new material in Skegness, Scunthorpe and Grimsby, with tickets going on sale on February 3 at 10am.

He will perform at the  Embassy Theatre in Skegness on Thursday, June 14 and at the Grimsby Auditorium on Monday, July 10 at 8pm.

Russell’s Re:Birth tour will also take him to the Baths Hall in Scunthorpe on Tuesday, November 21 at 8pm.

Since rising to fame in 2003, Russell Brand has established himself as one of one of the world’s most celebrated stand-up comedians.

His acclaimed tours include 2006’s Shame, 2007’s Only Joking, 2009’s Scandalous and 2013’s Messiah Complex, which was also a best-selling DVD.

Aside from stand-up, Russell is also a successful broadcaster, actor, author, podcaster, columnist, political commentator as well as a mental health and drug rehabilitation activist.
