Workers at Bifrangi Ltd Lincoln are set to strike, with an overtime ban commencing next week.

Members of GMB Midlands and East Coast voted for industrial action with the company claiming they cannot afford to give the Lincoln workforce a pay increase, despite announcing a £50m  state-of-the-art research centre to be built in Lincoln.

Bifrangi announced that there would be a three year wage freeze, though workers have said an overtime ban is set to start from February 13.
