The application site extends to 14.6 acres and is located on the south-western edge of the Sleaford area, approximately 2km south west of the town centre.

The site forms an urban expansion towards the A15. Photo: Google Maps

Land on the site adjoins the current Sleaford settlement boundary forming an urban expansion towards the A15, which would form a definitive revised outer boundary.

If approved, the development would have a mix of accommodation types, of differing sizes and arrangements.

This would include detached, semi-detached and terraced housing.

Councillors will discuss this application at a later date.
