Police probe knifepoint robbery at service station in Grantham

Another robbery in the town.

A manhunt has been launched after an armed robber threatened staff at a service station with a knife.

Police are appealing for witnesses after the man entered the Somerby Hill Service Station in Grantham at around 8.45pm on Thursday, September 21.

The offender, described as around 20, 5ft 8ins tall, of slight build and wearing dark clothing, left in the direction of Cold Harbour Lane.

No one was injured.

Any witnesses, including drivers with dashcam footage, should call Lincolnshire Police on 101, quoting incident reference number 443 of September 21.
