Police appeal as man wearing no shoes seen walking around with facial injuries in Grimsby

It is believed he may have been assaulted and robbed earlier in the evening.

Humberside Police are searching for a man who may have been assaulted in Grimsby and was seen walking around with head and facial injuries.

The man was spotted on October 1 at around 10.30pm on Stanley Street before walking off in the direction of Freeman Street.

It is believed he may have been assaulted and robbed earlier in the evening.

A spokesperson for Humberside Police said: “Despite extensive searches and enquiries we have been unable to locate him.

“The man is said to be in his 20s, around 5 feet 8, of average build with scruffy hair.

“He was wearing a dark blue jacket and blue jeans but wasn’t wearing any shoes.”
