The diversion for the Bloxholm Lane closure will be via Bloxholm Lane, A15 Sleaford Road, B1178 and Bloxholm Lane and vice versa.
A full road closure will be in place for both sets of construction works.
In addition, temporary 3-way traffic signals will be in place at Wragby Roundabout from Sunday, November 12 for five weeks.
The signals will be in operation from 7.30pm to 6am, Sunday to Thursday evenings (with the exception of Thursday, December 7).
Councillor Richard Davies, executive member for highways at Lincolnshire County Council, said: “Work on the bypass is progressing really well, and we’re still on track for having the new road open during October 2019.
“We intend to do everything we can to minimise disruption throughout these works and any other works part of the Lincoln Eastern Bypass, and appreciate your patience while we work toward carrying out the city’s biggest road project in decades.”
