The final touches are being put into place ahead of the much-anticipated Thor’s Tipi pop-up bar opening in Lincoln next week.

People of Lincoln will be able to have a taste of Scandinavia for this viking experience at the Cornhill Quarter which opens on Tuesday, November 14 at 5pm.

The bar will open on November 14 at 5pm.

Thor’s Tipi Bar will run everyday until New Year’s Eve from 10.30am until 11pm, however it will be closed on Christmas Day.

The bar will be packed with two tipis, wooden tables and a fire pit and will have a fully licensed bar with local ales, mulled wine and hot cider as well as a hot chocolate station.

Lincoln BIG Chief Executive Matt Corrigan said: “We are delighted to be introducing a new attraction to the city for the important festive season.

“The arrival of Thor’s Tipi Bar signals that the city is now truly geared-up for the festive period. In addition to opening to the public on Tuesday night, THOR’S will also be officially launched by the city’s Civic Party at 8pm on Friday (November 17).”
