Not again! Snow warning for Lincoln on Easter Monday

Fingers crossed for a change in the winds.

‘I’m dreaming of a white… Easter?’ It looks like Lincoln and Lincolnshire could be in for its third blast of snow on Bank Holiday Monday.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for the risk of heavy snow throughout Monday, April 2.

The warning covers most of the county and is in place from just after midnight on Monday, April 2 to just before midnight that same day.

Forecasters warn: “Possibility of heavy snow over parts of England, Wales, and southern Scotland, especially for high ground. Travel may b affected.

“There is a small chance of travel delays on roads with some stranded vehicles and passengers, along with delayed or cancelled rail and air travel.”
