Busy Lincoln High Street junction blocked by wedged transporter

Avoid Lincoln High Street for the time being.

A transporter lorry has crashed into a bollard on the corner of High Street and Dixon Street, causing significant city centre delays.

The crash happened at around 10.30am on Monday, April 16.

The lorry, which appears to have become wedged after its wheels mounted the kerb and struck a bollard, is blocking the entrance to Dixon Street.
