CCTV records £300 booze theft

Over £300 of bottled spirits were taken

Update: Lincolnshire Police confirmed on Thursday, May 17 that a 19-year-old man has been arrested.


A man in his 20s entered a Co-op store near Louth with two others before stealing over £300 of goods.

Three men went into the Co-op store in Manby Middlegate, Grimoldby, near Louth on April 19.

Two of them purchased goods, while the other is alleged to have taken £306 worth of bottled spirits before placing them into a yellow bag and leaving the store.

He is described as five foot 10, slim, mid-twenties, with black hair and he was wearing a black coat, blue jeans and white shoes.

Police have released photos of a man they wish to speak with to help with their investigation into the theft.
