Lincoln set for Bank Holiday scorcher

Get those sun hats and loungers out! It’ll be a sunny and warm Bank Holiday weekend in Lincoln.

According to the Met Office, temperatures will hit between 19 and 22 degrees celsius between Saturday and Monday.

A warning to hay fever sufferers though, the pollen count will also be high.

It’s expected to remain dry in Lincoln overnight on Friday, May 4 with some slight mist and fog patches.

Saturday will be dry with light winds and plenty of warm, sunny spells. Western areas my be cloudier and there will be a maximumm temperature of 21 degrees.

That’s compared to Ibiza where it’ll be 16 degrees and raining!

The outlook for Sunday through to Tuesday is dry and warm with increasing humidity. Met Office forecasters have also warned there may me the risk of some sporadic, thundery showers developing later.
