CCTV released over two Gainsborough thefts

A woman’s purse was allegedly stolen

Police released two CCTV images of men in relation to theft incidents in Gainsborough.

In the first incident, a man stole the purse belonging to a woman who was shopping in the Morrisons store on Heapham Road South in Gainsborough on June 22.

A stolen card was then used at the TSB bank in the town.

Lincolnshire Police issued a CCTV image of a man they believed can help with enquiries into the theft investigation.

Anyone who recognises the man or has information about the incident should contact police on 101 or via email at [email protected] quoting incident number 200 of June 22.

Another Gainsborough theft

The Boys store on Heaton Road in Gainsborough was broken into at 3am on July 9.
