Appeal over Louth ‘dine and run’

Update: Police have now identified and spoken with the two men previously pictured.


Lincolnshire Police released pictures of two men they are looking to trace after a ‘dine and run’ incident in Louth.

Two men devoured £50 worth of food and alcohol at the Asha Indian restaurant on Eastgate, Louth, on September 22 but allegedly split without paying the bill.

Police are now investigating the reported theft and issued CCTV images of men they wish to speak to.

A force spokesperson said: “If you recognise the men in the pictures, or have any information about the case, please contact us on one of the following ways:

“By calling 101 quoting the reference 398 of September 22.

“By e-mailing [email protected] – please remember to put the reference 398 of September 22 in the subject box
