Crowds gather for Grand Tour filming at Lincoln Cathedral

A sunny day for it

Crowds have gathered around Lincoln Cathedral as the Grand Tour crew is preparing to film in the city today.

There are plenty of classic Ford Cars around for a send-off to the sedan. The plan is also to sing a farewell hymn inside the Cathedral from 1.30pm.

Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May have all been spotted in classic Ford cars in the area.

They stayed overnight at the White Hart Hotel. On Thursday they also filmed at Cadwell Park.

On Saturday they are set to do more filming at Lincolnshire Showground from 10am and a convoy through the city at lunch time.

However, it appears that they are moving to the Showground already at 11.30am on Friday.
