Found: Lincoln village man goes missing

Police concerned for his welfare

Update: Police confirmed on Friday, October 26 that Ben Sawyer has been found safe and well.


A 38-year-old man has been missing from a Lincoln village for around 24 hours and police are concerned for his welfare.

Ben Sawyer is missing from Branston and was last seen in the Lincoln village at 8.45am on Wednesday, October 24.

Ben is described as of a broad build and six foot tall with short mousey blonde hair.

He was last seen wearing grey trousers and a grey hooded top and it is believed he could be in the Washingborough area, police said.

Anyone with information on Ben’s whereabouts, or who has seen him, should contact police on 101 immediately.
