200 Degrees cafe to open in Lincoln Cornhill

Hip coffee chain coming to Lincoln

The 200 Degrees coffee chain will open its 8th cafe on Sincil Street in the Lincoln Cornhill Quarter in March 2019.

The chain has seven other stores in the UK, two of which are in Nottingham, as well as Birmingham, Leeds, Leicester, Cardiff and Sheffield.

The 200 Degrees will also host their fifth barista school alongside Nottingham, Birmingham, Leeds and Cardiff.

The store will sell prepackaged coffee and home brewing equipment as well.

The name of the business comes from the temperature it roasts its coffee at, 200 Celsius, which is lower than normal in order to provide a smoother taste.
