Man seriously injured in Sibsey crash

This is why the road was closed

A man was taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash in Sibsey on Tuesday afternoon.

As previously reported, the crash involving two vehicles happened on the A16 High Ferry in Sibsey at 4.13pm on Tuesday, December 4.

Lincolnshire Police has since confirmed that the crash involved a Citroen C4 and an Astra. The road was closed before being re-opened at around 7.30pm.

A man is said to have suffered serious, but not life threatening, injuries.
