A bull is still running loose in Skellingthorpe and Ferry Lane remains blocked.
Police are at the scene on Ferry Lane where a bull has been on the loose for over four hours. It is being described by police as a “danger to members of the public”.
It is advised by police to avoid the area and the surrounding fields/footpaths until further notice.
Police are on the far side of the fossdyke. A firearms officer is searching the other side of the canal, according to BBC reporter Jake Zuckerman.

Ferry Lane is still blocked. It is understood that the only access at the moment is for farm and abattoir employees.
The bull may have escaped from the abattoir, but this has not been confirmed.
