Lincoln business park to go up for sale

Tenants at the site and jobs secured

St Modwen will put Firth Road Business Park in Lincoln up for sale after completing multiple deals at the premises.

St Modwen renewed the leases with almost all tenants at the site. This secures both the rental income and a significant number of jobs at the site for the medium to long-term.

Big name tenants including Siemens plc, ITP Engines, Teledyne E2V and John Greed Jewellery are located at the 9,900 square metre business park.

WSB Property Consultants has been instructed by St Modwen to market the business park for sale.

Funds will be reinvested following the sale into St Modwen’s industrial and logistics commercial development pipeline including the construction of a site at Network 46 at Witham St Hughs.

Reporters asked St Modwen which of the tenants had not renewed their tenancies, but there was no reply by the time of publication.
