Man released after teen stabbed at Tesco

The boy’s condition is stable

A 20-year-old man has been released on bail after a teenager was stabbed next to the cash machine at a Tesco store in Lincoln.

As previously reported, police were called to the Tesco store on Wragby Road at 4.29pm on Monday, February 4.

The 17-year-old boy’s condition is stable, but it is not known whether or not he is still in hospital.

Two men aged 50 and 20 were previously arrested. The arrest was made on suspicion of wounding with intent, police said.

The 50-year-old man was previously released with no further action. Lincolnshire Police has now also confirmed that the 20-year-old man has been released on bail.
