Lincoln entrepreneur opens Custom Gifts service ahead of Mother’s Day

Lincoln entrepreneur Stuart Maclaren has launched his new Custom Gifts website, just in time for Mother’s Day.

He used a £1 million investment to set up the website, which sells a huge variety of items, from personalised chocolates and alcohol bottles to Disney, Marvel and football teams cushions, towels and cosmetics.

For Mother’s Day, Custom Gifts has a personalised Cadbury Milk Tray — a world exclusive — which can include a large photo and a message, as well as specially engraved candles, mugs, gin glasses, or compact mirrors.

There’s also a selection of flower bouquets which can be shipped with a personalised card message, with guaranteed delivery on Mother’s Day on March 31.

Custom Gifts is offering readers of The Lincolnite to chance to win one of five free flower bouquets for Mother’s Day. Enter the draw here.

Most of the customised products are produced by Your Print Partner’s printers and seamstresses at their manufacturing hub on Pyke Road in Lincoln.

Custom Gifts also commissioned a video promo for the service, which was produced by Lincoln-based business Wallbreaker. You can watch it above.

The company recently branched out from producing large format print, flags and banners, adopting the personalisation trend following its success with custom Santa Sacks in the past three years.
