ATM stolen during Lincolnshire Co-op ram raid

It was later found abandoned in a stolen van

An ATM was stolen during a ram raid at a Lincolnshire Co-op food store in Scotter before it was later found abandoned in another nearby village.

Lincolnshire Police were called to the Lincolnshire Co-op Foodstore on High Street in Scotter at 2.34am on Monday, April 8.

An ATM was stolen and it is believed a silver Ford Transit van and a telehandler were used.

This caused significant damage to the premises. A digger was left behind at the scene.

Axholme Community Policing Team posted on social media saying it had disrupted offenders making off from the ram-raid before seizing the stolen van in Burringham.
