Former Lincoln bank in line for office refurb

Finally a new use for the building

The former Lloyds TSB on Bank Street in Lincoln is to be redeveloped into an office block if plans are approved.

An application is due to be submitted to the City of Lincoln Council by Lincolnshire Co-op to transform the building on Bank Street, behind the Waterside Shopping Centre.

It’s on the rental market with Banks Long & Co with rates available on application.

Architect’s designs indicate there will be 8,106 sq ft on offer.

There would also be 10 allocated parking spaces.

The city council will consider an application at a later date, however permission has already been granted for Class A2 use (offices).
