Arson attack at Louth cemetery

Police are appealing for witnesses

A workshop at a cemetery in Louth was set alight during an alleged arson attack. Police are investigating.

Detectives believe the building at the cemetery on London Road in Louth was set fire deliberately between 4am and 5.45am on April 26.

Investigating officer PC Darren Christie is urging people to contact him if they saw any suspicious vehicles or people in the area within the revenant timescales.

Anyone with information should contact police on 101 quoting incident number 42 of April 26.
