In full: How Lincolnshire voted in the 2019 local election

The results are in

Councils across Lincolnshire have now declared the winners and losers in this year’s local elections.

Across Greater Lincolnshire the Conservatives held their the lead with a total of 178 councillors – however, a number of authorities saw the party lose one or two, while Independent candidates took a leap forward in numbers.

Elsewhere, there were 59 Labour, 44 independent, 18 Lib Deb and Lincolnshire Independent and one UKIP councillor.

East Lindsey District Council is yet to count its votes.

A total of 19 seats across 15 wards in the county went uncontested.

They included 17 won by Conservatives and the other two seats taken by Labour and an Independent councillor.
