Woman hospitalised after violent robbery outside Lincoln fire station

A woman in her 30s had to be taken to hospital after she was robbed violently outside a fire station.

The victim sustained injuries to her face, neck, and back of her head when she was attacked on Nettleham Road at 0.50am this morning.

It is believed that a man riding a push bike and a woman were the attackers.

Lincolnshire Police is now looking for a driver who may driven by at the time of the robbery.

The force has arrested a man in his 30s in connection with the incident.
