He will appear in court next month

As previously reported, officers were called to Dolphin Lane at around 9.30am on Sunday, September 22 where it appeared a man in his mid-twenties had fallen from a roof at ‘Crumbs’.

The man was treated for minor leg injuries in hospital and was not one of the people arrested.

Police previously stated that three men were arrested whilst they investigated the matter as ‘wounding with intent’. The men have since been released with no further action, police said.

The force has now revealed that a fourth person was arrested, who has now been charged.

Evaldas Navickas, 32 of Albert Street in Boston, was later charged with burglary and criminal damage to property under £5,000. He will appear before Boston Magistrates on October 16.
