Pedestrian injured after motorbike hit and run in Grimsby

The motorbike failed to stop and fled the scene

A pedestrian suffered multiple injuries after being hit from behind by a motorbike that failed to stop in a collision in Grimsby.

Humberside Police are appealing for information after the collision that happened on Catherine Street at around 2.30pm on Sunday, September 15.

The male pedestrian was walking along the street when he was hit from behind by a rider on a white off-road motorbike with black decal. The rider, who was wearing an orange helmet, didn’t stop and rode off.

The 45-year-old victim was taken to hospital for injuries to his leg, pelvis and right side.
