Axe-citing: First look inside Lincoln’s first axe throwing attraction

What an axe-cellent idea

Get ready for plenty of axe-citement when Lincoln’s first axe throwing attraction opens later this month.

Axed Lincoln is located at Unit 1-2 Vulcan Park on George Street in Lincoln and The Lincolnite went for a sneak preview inside.

It will open to the public for the first time at 12pm on Friday, October 18.

Over the course of the next year the Axed Lincoln will be potentially creating 10-20 new jobs and will be recruiting soon.

Company Director Ben Whitehand told The Lincolnite: “We are very excited to bring one of the first axe throwing experiences in the UK to Lincoln.

“We think the locals and the visitors to the city will find axe throwing an exhilarating activity, and they can come back to perfect their technique with work friends, family or impress on the ultimate date night!”

Escape (Lincoln), which has a premises at Lincoln College, will open its second site with four brand new themed rooms at the same site – Vulcan Park – in the near future.
