Police and air ambulance rush to Louth incident

People raised their concerns for her safety

An elderly woman in her 70s has been taken to hospital after people reported concern for her safety in Louth.

The emergency services went to a private address on Monks Dyke Road in Louth at around 9am on Friday, October 4.

An air ambulance landed at the nearby primary school in Laceby Gardens, but the incident is unrelated to the school.

The nature of the women’s injuries is not known.

Ambulance crews are still on scene dealing with the incident.
