Sex Pistols lead Johnny Rotten heading to Lincoln

It will be his first spoken word tour

Lead singer of the Sex Pistols and British music icon John Lydon is heading to Lincoln as part of a 54-date tour next year.

Lydon, better known by his stage name Johnny Rotten, will talk about how he sees life, along with his unique and extraordinary career during his first spoken word tour.

Fans will get to hear his stories up-close and personal at the informal evening of conversation and audience questions. It will head to the Lincoln New Theatre Royal on October 6, 2020.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, November 1. A limited number of pre-release tickets for fans will be available from Monday, October 28, as well as VIP meet and greet packages.

The price categories are £30 for standard, £45 for VIP and £75 for Meet ‘n’ greet/Super VIP – click here to purchase tickets.

The show in autumn 2020 will also coincide with the publication of his new book – ‘I Could Be Wrong, I Could Be Right’.

Signed limited edition copies, written especially for this tour, will be available at venues – only 5,000 numbered copies will be printed.

John said of the forthcoming shows: “I could be sh*t. I could be sh*te. I’m left-handed.”
