Concerns grow for Lincoln WI president missing for third day

Police are appealing for information as a matter of urgency

A Lincoln woman is missing for a third day, prompting increasing concern from police.

Larissa Cowen, 52, who is also known as Lara, was last seen at the McDonald’s at the Holdingham roundabout in Sleaford at around 1.30pm on January 15.

She was driving a Peugeot 207 with the registration SD08 NTL and police have appealed for information on a matter of urgency about where she could have gone next.

Larissa Cowen is still missing.

The Lincoln Women’s Institute has put up its own appeal: “Our beloved president has not been seen since [Wednesday] morning.

“Please share and keep your eyes out for her – share this as far and wide as you can. Love you Lara – please let someone know that you’re safe.”

A police spokesperson previously said: “She has not been seen since 8am (January 15) when she left for work.”

Larissa Cowen is 5 feet 6 inches tall, of medium build, with dark brown collar-length hair.

Anyone with information has been urged to call 101, quoting incident 439 of January 15.
