Armed police arrest man over Market Rasen incident

He remains in custody

A 41-year-old man was arrested after armed police were deployed to a village near Market Rasen on Wednesday afternoon.

Lincolnshire Police were called to an address on Caistor Road in Holton-Le-Moor at 1.15pm on February 19 following a concern for an occupant there.

Police officers, including some with firearms, attended along with Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue and the East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS), but nobody was injured in the incident.

A 41-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing an affray and remains in custody.
