Jewellery worth £7k stolen in Steep Hill burglary

Thieves stole jewellery worth around £7,000 from an antiques store on Steep Hill in Lincoln.

Offenders broke in through the back of the Lincoln Antiques & Collectables shop between January 26 and January 27.

They stole some distinctive rings, including Scandinavian gold rings, worth around £7,000 in total.

When offenders had taken what they wanted the thieves left the same way they entered out onto Danes Terrace.

Lincolnshire Police is investigating and has asked anyone with information to call 83 of January 27.
