Grantham man charged after assault victim found with serious head injury

A man was found seriously injured

A local man has been charged with grievous bodily harm after a man was found with a serious head injury in Grantham.

Lincolnshire Police have named and charged 27-year-old Luke Templeman of Launder Terrace, Grantham, with the attack.

He will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Monday, March 2.

The assault happened near to the Kings Arms on Westgate, Grantham at around 11.20pm on Friday, February 28.

Police were called to reports of an injured man, who was in his 30s.

He was taken to hospital with serious injuries, where he remains at the time of writing.
