How councils are keeping residents informed over coronavirus fight

The important links for residents

Lincolnshire County Council has launched a new portal in a bid to keep the county informed of its latest activities to tackle coronavirus.

The web pages detail how all of its services have been affected by the virus.

The authority joins all other Greater Lincolnshire councils in doing the same thing.

In a video statement, council leader Martin Hill said: “Our country and our nation must come together by being apart. It’s vital we follow Government guidance to protect not only our residents and families from coronavirus but also vital communities. We all must play our part.

“As a council we are committed to keeping you informed about the actions we are taking to help prevent the spread of coronavirus and what this means for our services, residents and communities.”
