Where the entrance to the site in Washingborough is planned to be.

“The submitted layout demonstrates how the site can be developed for 61 dwellings whilst maintaining high standards of design and preserving existing landscaping on the boundaries of the site.

“A number of specialist reports support the proposal and these demonstrate that there will be no detrimental impact arising from the development.”

The homes will be mainly two-storeys and will have two parking spaces each.

The development will include an area of open space in the north western corner.
