A 69-year-old man’s body was found near a bridge on the A1 Great North Road, Barrowby, close to Grantham.
Emergency services attended at around 6pm on Monday, June 1 after a report of a body of a man near the Millennium Bridge. The road was closed in both directions.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Next of kin are aware and officers are supporting the family at this time.

Lincolnshire Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who has dashcam footage, to contact them.
