The Hildreds centre in Skegness has reopened 23 of its 29 stores so far, with more expected back soon.
The shopping centre has introduced a phased return with strict social distancing guidelines to allow companies to be prepared for customers.
A one way system has been implemented, as well as the operation of a foot pump hand sanitising machine at each entrance.

23 shops inside the shopping centre have so far reopened, including WH Smith, Sports Direct and Game.
Home Bargains remained open throughout lockdown for essential items, as did Wilkos.
The only shops that haven’t yet opened are Superdrug, Warren James, Card Factory, Claire’s Accessories, Boots Optical and Cottage Loaf.
Superdrug has been confirmed to reopen on Wednesday, June 24, while Boots Opticians will be back on July 2.
