Nine new COVID-19 cases confirmed on Tuesday

Greater Lincolnshire region as a whole has seen an increase of 58 this month.

There have been nine new cases of coronavirus in Lincolnshire confirmed today.

Government figures released on Tuesday show the number of cases in Lincolnshire have increased to a total of 1,158 – up from 1,149.

Meanwhile North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire have both remained the same at 524 and 166 respectively.

It means the Greater Lincolnshire region as a whole has seen an increase of 58 this month.

Despite a 24-day period without any new deaths in Lincolnshire, there have been 14 coronavirus-related deaths across the region as a whole – the lowest since March.

The total number of deaths across Greater Lincolnshire remains at 332.
