Socially distanced queues as more Lincoln shops gradually re-open

Slowly but surely coming back

People were seen queuing at a social distance for banks as lockdown rules began to ease slightly and some more shops re-opened in Lincoln.

Several changes come in to force on Monday, June 1 as the government looks to continue lifting lockdown.

Boots, Marks & Spencer and several banks were among the notable places that were seen to be open on Monday.

However, a lot of shops are still closed with notices up in their windows, as some normally busy areas still seemed eerily quiet.

All non-essential retailers will be able to re-open in England from June 15.

Work was also seen going on inside a new Vietnamese takeaway near the Brayford Pool. House of Pho had originally planned to open in April, but this was delayed by the current coronavirus crisis.
