Boys wanted after criminal damage at Lincoln car park

Shopping trolley dropped from 9th floor

A metal shopping trolley was dropped off the top of a stairwell at Lucy Tower car park in Lincoln and police are investigating a ‘mindless and dangerous act’ of criminal damage.

The trolley was dropped from the 9th floor of the car park on Lucy Tower Street between 1pm-1.30pm on Friday, July 3. Damage was caused to a welded metal mesh cage on the ground floor and to the trolley.

Lincolnshire Police released photos on Monday, July 27 of two boys they would like to trace, who they believe will have information that will help with the investigation.

Police are also appealing for anyone who witnessed the criminal damage to contact them.
