Plans for 132 new homes in Boston village

Developers say it “will deliver a range of social, economic and environmental benefits”

A developer wants to build 132 new homes in Wyberton.

Cyden Homes has applied for outline permission for the proposals on land north of Tytton Lane East in the village to Boston Borough Council.

In documents submitted to the council, the developers said “it will deliver a range of social, economic and environmental benefits.“

Outline plans for how the site could be laid out.

The site forms part of the South East Lincolnshire Local Plan and will sit south of a Lincolnshire County Council plan for 85 homes on land to the west of Stephenson Close.

The build will include a new road, footpaths and pedestrian links to the site as well as areas of public space.

Developers said the plan is to see the housing become less dense as residents move from the north to the south of the site.
