By Local Democracy Reporter

Callum Jones from ITV hit show Love Island will be coming to Skegness for a meet and greet this weekend to raise awareness for mental health in the community.

The 24-year-old appeared on the 2020 season of Love Island, the first ever winter series of the show, and was dumped from the island in the final week.

Callum will appear at The Hive nightclub on Saturday, October 3 for a meet and greet, the first of a weekly schedule of celebrity appearances at the venue.

He was notable for his on-screen relationship with Shaughna Phillips, before shocking the nation by recoupling at Casa Amor.

Limited VIP booths are available at The Hive for the meet and greet, and the event is free entry for tables of up to six people, with table service only.

A spokesperson for The Hive said: “This Saturday we start our weekly celebrity appearances with Callum Jones from Love Island, who will be hosting the evening and helping us raise awareness for mental health within the community.

“In Tantra, our oriental themed venue, we have a ticketed bottomless brunch which is hosted by two highly talented performers.

“This event sold out within a week which really proved to us all here, at the hive, that people still want entertaining and want to support the hospitality industry, which in turn has given us the drive to push forward with a new way of working.”
