Skunk Anansie reschedule Lincoln gig for next year

Glastonbury headliners returning to the city

By Local Democracy Reporter

British rock icons Skunk Anansie should perform at the Engine Shed in Lincoln next June as part of a European tour.

The band will come to Lincoln on Monday, June 9, 2021, after having to reschedule their appearance on November 28 due to the outbreak of COVID-19.

Skunk Anansie are most notably known for being Glastonbury headliners in 1999, and they hit the road again on a rescheduled 41-leg tour across the continent in 2021.

The 2021 tour comes off the back of the band’s 25th anniversary album and tour 25LIVE@25.

It will round off with a big show at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on July 2.

Original tickets remain valid for all rescheduled dates, and you can buy tickets for £32.45 here.
