Appeal to identify men after robbery in Grimsby

Officers investigating a robbery are appealing for information following an incident on Tuesday 1 March.

A woman reported she was walking along an alleyway between Fredrick Street and Wharfdale Way, Grimsby when she was approached by two men at approximately 8:00pm.

The two men are believed to have pushed the woman against a wall and taken her handbag which contained cash and valuables and fled the scene.

The woman suffered minor injuries but has understandably been left shaken by the incident.

We are currently exploring all lines of enquiry available to identify those involved.
