Grimsby homeless centre expansion delayed over anti-social behaviour

Residents are unhappy with drug use and verbal abuse

A decision on plans for new homeless accommodation in Grimsby has been delayed until anti-social behaviour linked to existing accommodation is addressed.

The Hope Centre was opened by Harbour Place Trust five years ago. It currently offers 12-15 places in a temporary night shelter.
